Austin Market Report-February 2020

As we take a look at the most recent statistics published by The Austin Board of Realtors, our market and the world has obviously changed.  Anecdotal evidence suggests that  showings have decreased substantially in March because  of social distancing, but the inventory remains very low too.  There is no way to know for certain how the Austin real estate market will perform for the remainder of 2020 in uncertain times, but it is my opinion that inventory will remain scarce.  This should keep prices stable.  Like a lot of you, I am working from home.  If you would like to talk about Austin real estate, the markets, or anything for that matter, please feel free to reach out anytime.  Be well and stay healthy!
